Beer Bread French Toast

The ways that beer bread makes life better are many. For this recipe, I found a super crazy caramelized french toast recipe from Epicurious, but first, I made beer bread from scratch. I figure if you’re going to pig out, pig the eff out.

Beer Bread Recipe:

ingredients:

• 3 cups all purpose flour

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1tsp baking powder

• 1 bottle of cheap, light beer

directions:

1. mix dry ingredients together

2. mix in the bottle of beer

3. pour into lightly greased bread-loaf-sized pan

4. melt two pats of butter and pour over the top

5. bake @375 for 40ish minutes
